Volleyball Goes 2-1 at Spring Tournament

In their first tournament of the spring, Murray State's volleyball team went 2-1, losing in the championship match against Middle Tennessee.
The tournament, held in Racer Arena also featured UT Martin and Southeast Missouri in addition to the Racers and MTSU.
Murray State was able to get by conference foes, UTM and SEMO before dropping the final match of the afternoon to the Blue Raiders.
Following the tournament Racer head coach David Schwepker said, "We played really well today and I saw improvement just from the fall. We were able to do a lot of different things with our lineup and got everyone some playing time. It was a good first match for the spring."
MSU will play their next spring tournament next weekend, April 12 at UTM.
