Open Match Information

The Murray State University Rifle Team will be hosting an Open Rifle Match at Murray State University in Murray, Kentucky. The match will take place on Tuesday, July 1 at the Pat Spurgin Rifle Range in Roy Stewart Stadium.

The Pat Spurgin Rifle Range holds 16 electronic firing points with electric remote adjustable target frames.

Relays will begin at 8 a.m., with the range opening at 7 a.m. for setup and prep. There will be two relays of both smallbore and air rifle.

Participants will also recieve the chance for a walking tour of MSU's campus, and a Q&A session with head coach, Alan Lollar. "We are happy to offer a summer open match for the first time, said Lollar. It won't be big, but will afford shooters another match during the summer to compete in."

This is an open event, but space is limited to first come, first served.
