Bedard Earns Second Weekly OVC Honor of 2014

For the second time this season, Sam Bedard was voted Ohio Valley Conference Setter of the Week.
During the first weekend of conference play, Bedard and the Racers came out strong and defeated Southeast Missouri (3-0) and UT Martin (3-1).
Bedard recorded 37 assists and 7 digs against Southeast Missouri State, while providing 49 assists and 4 kills against UT Martin. Her 49 assists is a new season-high. She currently leads the team with 482 sets and 16 service aces. She's right behind current team leader, Ellie Lorenz, with 151 digs on the season.Â
