Women's Tennis Signs Two Student Athletes

Murray State women's tennis head coach Jorge Caetano announced two that will be wearing the navy and gold for the Racers next season.
Juy-Yui Chang of Tainan City Taiwan and Armelle Cerdan of Beaulieu, France will join the women's tennis team in the fall of 2016 as freshmen.
"I am very happy to announce the signing of these two talented young ladies," said Caetano. "Both are great students and great athletes who have a lot of experience playing at a high level. I'm sure they'll help our program go to the next level."
Juy-Yui Chang comes to the Racers having experience playing internationally. She has been ranked in the ITF Junior Rankings with a high ranking of No. 618 in the world.
"Jui-Yun is a great athlete who likes to take control of the points by imposing her game on the opponents," said Caetano. "I am sure she will contribute to the success of our program and I am looking forward to seeing her development as student-athlete."
Armele Cerdan comes to the Racers having won several tournaments in her home country of France.
"It's great to have Armelle join our team next fall. She's a ball striker with excellent footwork and also a great fighter and competitor," said Caetano. "She has shown a lot of passion for the game of tennis. I'm sure she will do great things for us so I can't wait to work with her and help her to reach her full potential."
Chang and Cerdan will join a Racer team that already has six international players.
