LeAsia Wright led MSU in the loss with a career-high 21 points and five made 3-pointers. Ke'Shunan James added 16 while Kyra Gulledge chipped in with 10 points and grabbed a team-high nine rebounds. Both James and Wright led the Racers with four assists each. The loss was the first time this season that MSU has been outrebounded and outscored in the paint.

They are also the team's top two distributors, as Wright leads MSU with 10 assists and James has nine. Wright's 6.7 rebounds and James' six boards per game rank second and third, respectively on the team.
Saturday will be the first-ever meeting between the two programs but will be the first of two meetings in just a week's time with the Sugar Bears as the Racers will travel to Conway, Ark., Nov. 28 for a game at UCA.
The Sugar Bears are led by Taylor Baudoin and Maggie Proffitt's 11.5 points per game so far this season after two contests. Baudoin also leads the team averaging eight rebounds per contest, but has come off the bench in both games this year. UCA is 1-1 after opening the season with a 72-43 win over Division III Hendrix. Two days later, UCA fell at perennial power Tennessee 102-47 in Knoxville.
As a team, the Sugar Bears are shooting 35.2 percent from the floor and 37.5 from beyond the arc. Central Arkansas is led by Head Coach Sandra Rushing who is in her fourth season at UCA and 27th overall as a head coach.
