Rifle Remains Second In Final Fall Rankings

The Murray State rifle team remained in second in the final Collegiate Rifle Coaches Poll before the winter break, it was revealed Tuesday. This marks the second edition of the poll in a row in which the Racers have come in at second.
The rankings were virtually unchanged, with only a few teams competing since the last edition of the rankings on Nov. 23. The only two changes were Army West Point and North Carolina State flip-flopping at 12th and 13th, respectively, and VMI moving into a tie at 20th with North Georgia.
Murray State will return to action on Jan. 16 when it travels to Oxford, Mississippi to take on Ole Miss and Jacksonville State.
