The Racers host their final OVC series of the season this weekend when Eastern Kentucky comes to town for a three-game set. Sunday will be Senior Day as MSU will honor nine student-athletes playing their final conference home games for the Racers.
Inside The Series
The Racers have lost 5-of-6 to EKU at Reagan Field dating back to 2012. Prior to their loss in last season's finale to the Colonels, the Racers had won three-straight against EKU. Both teams were swept last weekend in their OVC series. MSU leads EKU by a half game for eighth in the OVC standings.
Senior Day
Anthony Bayus, Cashtyn DeLeeuw, Kollin Dowdy, Brock Downey, Rick Linton, Matt McGowan, John Rafferty, Cameron Wallace and Derek Yoder will all be honored prior to Sunday's game.

The Colonels are led by TJ Alas' .377 in 2015. Alas is one of three to hit .300 or better this season for EKU. Mandy Alvarez is second on the team with a .324 average while Kyle Nowlin has a .309 average.
