Rifle Cracks Top Five In Latest Poll

After a solid win over UT Martin in its 2015-16 opener Sunday, the Murray State rifle team moved up to fifth in the latest Collegiate Rifle Coaches Association Top 20 rankings, the organization announced Monday.
Murray State shot a 4676 Sunday which was good enough to push them past Nebraska and into fifth. The rest of the top five remained unchanged with West Virginia holding on to the top spot, followed by Alaska, TCU and Kentucky.
The Racers will travel to Oxford, Mississippi this weekend for the 2015 Ole Miss Invitational.
