Racers Claim OVC Cross Country Academic Award

The Murray State men's cross country team was honored by the 2015-16 Ohio Valley Conference Institutional Academic Achievement Award winner for their sport.
The award is presented annually to the member institution with the greatest percentage of its eligible student-athletes that earn a 3.25 grade point average or higher for that academic year.
On the course, the Racers hosted the 2015 OVC Championship and placed sixth, their top finish since 2002.
Racer junior Neil Yockey led the way being named to the CoSIDA Academic All-District team.
