MSU to host Little Racer Spirit Clinic

Murray State Cheerleaders and Racer Girls will host their spirit clinic on Saturday (Oct. 14) at Racer Arena. The clinic will culminate with a performance at the Racers' home football game against Eastern Illinois at Stewart Stadium.

Registration will open at 8:30 a.m. and the cost of the camp is $35 per participant.

The clinic will teach the same sideline cheers, motion techniques, jumps, tumbling, stunts and dance moves that the varsity squad does.

All campers will receive a t-shirt and a group picture with Dunker, Racer Cheer and Racer Girls.

There will be two performances by the campers. The first will be for the parents at 11:30am the day of the spirit clinic at Racer Arena. The group will return at 2:30pm in Stewart Stadium to participate in the pre-game festivities with the Cheerleaders, Racer Girls, and Dunker, in addition to cheering sideline the first half of the football game. Each participant will receive two tickets (1 participant + 1 parent) for the game. All other tickets may be purchased at the stadium ticket office the day of the game.

Parents can register their children online (Click here to sign up online) and they can pay for the clinic by cash or check the day of the clinic. Registration begins at 8:30 a.m. at Racer Arena.
