Murray State women's soccer will travel to Cookeville, Tennessee to play part three of their four-game road trip on Friday, as they are set to take on the Golden Eagles of Tennessee Tech in another Ohio Valley Conference showdown. The match, slated to begin at 7:00 p.m. is available for fans to stream on ESPN+.

The Racers extended their winning streak to five games while improving to a perfect 5-0 against OVC competition when they earned a 2-1 double overtime victory over Eastern Kentucky on the road in Richmond on Sunday. While the Racers faced a halftime deficit for the first time since beginning their conference schedule, a 75th minute equalizer from Miyah Watford sent the game to extra time. After a scoreless first overtime period that featured an outstanding save from freshman goalkeeper Jasmine Rosell, Murray State would secure the victory just one minute into the second overtime period when Symone Cooper's headed corner off a service from Abby Jones ended the game with a 2-1 score line in favor of the Racers.
