Enjoying Racer Basketball When Weather Factors

Racer fans are aware the Murray State Racers host the Southeast Missouri State Redhawks today in Ohio Valley Conference basketball. The games were moved back a day when winter storm Shirley blanketed the area in a layer of sleet and ice Wednesday.
Today's doubleheader features earlier game times than a usual weekday. The SEMO women's team visits the CFSB Center to face Coach Rechelle Turner's squad in a 2 p.m. tip. Coach Matt McMahon's Racer men's team hosts SEMO in the second game at 5 p.m.
Murray State University staff has worked diligently to clear all parking lots and sidewalks around the CFSB Center to assure safe entry into the arena. Fans are urged to leave home early to take plenty of time to drive to the arena and to use caution on sidewalks.
There are many ways fans can enjoy the games online. All Racer league games are on ESPN+ Plus and over free radio on Froggy 103.7FM and WNBS 1340AM. The radio broadcasts of the Racers can be found online on Froggy for the men's and WNBS for the women's game. StatBroadcast provides live real time statistics for the women's game and the men's game.
The Racers are now playing back-to-back days at the CFSB Center as Saturday's doubleheader with UT Martin will be played in games that begin at 5:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.
