MSU's Henry & Kiuru Compete At NCAA Championships

Freshman Allison Henry and sophomore Matias Kiuru of the Murray State rifle competed in the smallbore portion of the 2020 NCAA Rifle Championship Friday at Converse Hall on the campus of Ohio State University in Columbus.
Henry finished 16th in the event with a score of 582, while Kiuru was one shot behind with a 581, which was good for 22nd place.
"I am so proud of Allison and Matias' performance today," said head coach Alan Lollar. "They both worked hard to get here and showed up competed well on the big stage."
Kiuru returns to Converse Hall tomorrow to compete In the air rifle portion of the event. The Finnish native will compete in the second relay which will begin at approximately 1 p.m. ET.
The event will be live-streamed on NCAA.com.
