Murray State women’s tennis picked to place fifth in inaugural MVC season
Murray State women's tennis is picked to finish fifth with 50 points on the Missouri Valley Conference preseason poll, voted by the league head coaches, as announced Tuesday.

The Racers are looking to take the momentum from fall going. Murray saw two individual championships in the fall, where Natalie Slezakova and Paola Campigotto won their respective flights to win Murray State's first MVC Championships.

Belmont took the top spot in the poll with 75 total points and six first-place votes.

MSU is set to open the new year against Southern Indiana and Cumberland at Kenlake, Jan. 27.
