Missouri Valley Conference Announces Women’s Basketball Schedule

The Racers’ second MVC campaign will feature ten games at CFSB Center.
The Murray State women's basketball team learned its 2023-24 Missouri Valley Conference women's basketball schedule that features 20 games from late December through early March.
The Racers embark on their second season in The Valley as they host Valparaiso on December 30. The first Valley road game will be when the Racers visit Indiana State on January 11.
Their January slate will end with two back-to-back home games at the end of January, with visits from Southern Illinois (Jan. 26) and UIC (Jan. 28).
Murray State will face an old rival in Belmont when they visit Nashville on February 3. The Bruins will visit The Bank on February 25. Before the visit from Belmont, the Racers will host two more home games in February, with visits from Drake (Feb. 15) and UNI (Feb. 17).
Going into the final stretch of the regular season, the Racers have a pair of home games against Evansville (March 1) and Indiana State (March 3). MSU will close the regular season on the road with trips to Illinois State (March 7) and Bradley (March 9).
The Hoops at the Heartland will be hosted at Moline, Ill., on March 14-17, where all twelve teams will get the chance to win a spot at the 2024 Women's March Madness.
Before entering their second MVC campaign, the Racers will host four non-conference games. After debuting on the CFSB's new floor in an exhibition against Lindsey Wilson, the Racers will host Cumberland Tenn. (Nov. 14), Bellarmine (Nov. 21), UT Martin (Nov. 28) and old rivals Austin Peay for the Popeyes Battle of the Border on Dec. 9.
