Turner Announces the Addition of Baker to Wrap Signing Class

Michigan Native Braxcynn Baker will wrap up the class of 2024.
Murray State women's basketball head coach Rechelle Turner announces Braxcynn Baker as her final signee of the 2024 class.

Baker is a 5'11" guard from Lowell, Michigan. She plays for the Lowell High School Red Arrows where she is the record holder for single-game and single-season scoring, with 39 and 551, respectively. Leader in career points for the Lowell High School Red Arrows.

"Braxcynn is a remarkably gifted scorer that is highly skilled with basketball, and she shoots with elite range and precision," said Coach Turner.

"She is a fierce competitor that loves to win, and we are excited to have a player capable of taking over games with her offensive talents and with a willingness to defend, rebound, and pursue the ball. Braxcynn will be a great addition to our Racer family."

The three-time First Team All-Conference honoree will join the Racers for the 2024-25 season.
