Metzger Named First Team All-MVC

Metzger was included in the All-Conference first team after her standout offensive season

Murray state volleyball's Darci Metzger has been in the First Team All-Missouri Valley Conference as announced by league, today.

The Collinsville, Illinois, native is second in the MVC in kills per set with 4.28. She closed the season with a .237 hitting percentage.

Metzger tied the fifth all-time performance in Racer history against Southern Illinois with 21 kills in three sets. She made a total of 462 kills through the season.

The one-time MVC Player of the Week honoree will return for her fifth year for the 2024 season.
