Tee Time – Racers Take on Bay Point At Lipscomb Event

The Racers travel to Panama City for their first event of the spring season
The Murray State women's golf team competes in its first event of 2023 at the Lady Bison Classic (Feb. 5-7) at Bay Point Golf Club in Panama City, Florida.
The three-day tournament is hosted by Lipscomb and features 18 holes of play per day with an 8 a.m. shotgun start Sunday through Tuesday.
Murray State's Payton Carter leads the Racers with a 76.3 scoring average in the 11 rounds played in the fall and she has a team-leading 28 birdies. Her 4.96 career average on par-5 holes is fifth all-time in program history. Kaitlyn Zieba has the lowest round so far with a 1-under par 71 at the Ozarks National Invitational last October. MSU's Eliza Mae Kho leads the team with a par-5 scoring average of 5.11.
Bay Point Golf Club is located on the St. Andrews Bay and is the only Jack Nicklaus design in northwest Florida.
