MSU returns to Rhoads Stadium Saturday for air rifle event
The Murray State rifle team finished the first day of the 2023 NCAA Rifle Championships at James A. Rhodes Arena in Akron, Ohio tied for seventh place Friday. The Racers shot a 2322 in smallbore on the day to tie with Air Force in seventh.Â
Matias Kiuru led Murray State with a 585 on the day, while John Blanton fired a 581. Allison Henry was next for Murray State with a 579, while Scott Patterson and Paola Paravati followed at 577 and 575, respectively.
Murray State returns action at Rhodes Arena Saturday for the air rifle portion of the 2023 NCAA Rifle Championships at 9 a.m. ET.
