Fischer Clutch Hit Earns Walk-Off Win

Racers take game two win with Lily Fischer’s walk-off RBI in the ninth inning.
In a Nutshell
Murray State softball went on a tight battle against Evansville to take the 5-4 win in the 10th inning to tie the series. The Racers score early as Lindsey Carroll scores a run from a wild pitch in the bottom of the second. The Aces answered in the third inning with two runs from Sydney Kalinohea and Marah Wood.
The Aces added a run in the sixth before the Racers went back up with a two-RBI double by Ailey Schyck and an RBI single by Bailey Broemmer. Evansville ties it up again in the seventh to push the game to extra innings. Lily Fischer became the Racers' savior once again, hitting an RBI double to right field to score Gracie Osbron and take the walk-off win.
