The Murray State women's soccer team is slated to face off with Evansville on the home pitch on Sunday, September 24 at 2 p.m.

MSU has started the conference slate unbeaten with back-to-back scoreless draws against Missouri State and Belmont. Sophomore Mary Hardy has led the Racers with seven of her 10 shots put on target in the previous two matches combined.
Sophomore Tori Schrimpf put two of her four shots on goal against Belmont while seeing the pitch for 72 minutes. Freshman Griselda Revolorio has recorded back-to-back clean sheets in her first two collegiate starts in goal.
Senior Audrey Henry and junior Morgan Bodker both have yet to be subbed out of a match this season.
Scouting Report
The Purple Aces enter the match unbeaten in conference play with draws against Illinois State and Valparaiso but have yet to notch their first win of the 2023 season. Evansville has conceded eight goals this year while only scoring two, which were netted in the previous two matches.
In The Purple Aces' previous match, Chrysta Vasquez scored the lone goal early in the fifth minute, but with just over eight minutes left to play in the first half Valpo hit the equalizer. Evansville took just five shots putting two in frame.
Taylor Johnson leads Evansville in shots taken (10) while Ella Hamner has the most shots in frame (4) this year. Six players have taken at least four shots and nine put at least two shots on goal. Emily Wiebe is the only Purple Ace to not have been subbed out of a match this year.
