Both Murray State cross country teams take on the Missouri Valley Conference best Friday

The Murray State cross country teams travel to the Missouri Valley Conference Championships Friday in Cedar Falls, Iowa.

The event will be contested at Pheasant Ridge Golf Course.

Because of expected cold conditions, the first race has been moved back to 11:00 a.m. for the women's 5K, with the men's 8K race to follow at noon Central Time.
