DeMier Named to All-Tournament Team

Bailey DeMier was named to the MVC All-Tournament team.
Senior Bailey DeMier of Murray State Volleyball was named to the 2024 Missouri Valley Conference Volleyball All-Tournament team following the 2024 MVC Volleyball Championship.
The Bloomington, Ind. native had an outstanding 2024 season, averaging the second most assists per set in the MVC at 9.90 and setting a new school record with 4,640 career assists. That mark surpasses the previous high of 4,580, set by Kristi Hoffman from 1994-97. Â
In the Racers' MVC Tournament match against Valparaiso, DeMier recorded her 14th double-double of the season with 44 assists and 20 digs in a loss.Â
DeMier finished the season with 1099 assists on the season and 98 kills. The setter also finished 2024 with 294 kills, the highest season total of her career.Â
