Veber Earns First MVC Honors

Jenna Veber has been named MVC Pitcher of the Week.

Murray State softball's Jenna veber has been named Missouri Valley Conference Pitcher of the Week as announced by the conference, today.

The Oswego, Illinois, native has a .39 ERA through the weekend. She has one win while only letting one earned run through 18 innings pitched, posting 12 strikeouts. She led the Racers in their win over Jacksonville State by only letting one unearned run and posting five strikeouts.

Veber is 3-2 through the season.

The Racers will have their home-opener when they host the 2024 Velvet Milkman Classic, Friday through Sunday.
