The Racers place seventh in a field of 16 teams at English Turn CC

The Murray State Racers finished up play in New Orleans at the Gulf Coast Collegiate with a spot in seventh place at English Turn Country Club.

The Racers carded team scores of 299-320-303=922.

Jay Nimmo led the Racers with a spot in 13^th place on scores of 72-76-76=225.

The Racers' next action is at the Peoples Golf Championship (March 7-9) at St. Simons Island, Georgia, before traveling to South Pittsburg, Tennessee for the Sweetens Cove Intercollegiate (March 25-26). Jay Nimmo is the defending medalist (April 6-7) when the Racers play the Hoosier Collegiate in Bloomington, Indiana. The Hawkeye Invitational (April 13-14) awaits the Racers in Iowa City, before the Missouri Valley Conference stages its championship (April 21-23) in Sunrise Beach, Missouri.
