The Murray State Women's softball travels to the Nashville for their fourth tournament of the season, Friday through Sunday. They will compete at the 2024 Purple and Gold Challenge hosted by Lipscomb.

Along with the hosts, the Racers will face Georgetown and North Dakota State.

Opponents

Georgetown
The Hoyas are 7-8 to start the season.

They were on a seven game winning streak with win over LIU, Lipscomb, IUPUI, Furman, Towson and Chattanooga.

Gabby Park is leading the Hoyas' offense with a .485 batting average, 1.117 OPS, nine runs and 16 hits. Dayanara Campos leads in scoring with 12 RBIs.

Lipscomb
The Bisons are 6-8 in the start of the season. The grabbed a win at North Carolina last weekend.

Josey Polk leads with a .312 batting average and 11 RBIs. Laine Barefoot leads Lipscomb in the circle with a 2.52 ERA.

North Dakota State
North Dakota State has a 6-11 record to start the season.

Reanna Rudd leads their offense with a .405 batting average and is tied with Bella Dean in hits with 17. Dean has a .315 batting average and is leading the Bisons in scoring with nine RBIs.
