Racers Volleyball Announces 2024 Schedule

Murray State Volleyball gets its 42ndh season going with three road tournaments in September
Murray State women's volleyball announced it's 2024 schedule that includes the Racers competing in the Missouri Valley Conference for a third season.

As the Racers enter their 42nd season in program history, head coach Dave Schwepker begins his 27th leading the Racers.

MSU opens the season with three-straight weekends of road tournament play with games in Lafayette, Louisiana (Aug 30-31), Elon, North Carolina (Sept. 6-7) and Edwardsville, Illinois (Sept. 13-14). The Racers meet host teams Louisiana, Elon and SIUE, and other opponents include UT Arlington, Bellarmine, Chattanooga, UNC Greensboro, Jackson State and North Carolina Central.

The 18-game competition in The Valley features the Racers opening league play on the road against Illinois State (Sept. 27) and Bradley (Sept. 28).

MSU hosts nine league contests in Racer Arena including a three-game homestand to start against Indiana State (Oct. 4), Evansville (Oct. 5) and Belmont (Oct. 8). MSU also has home weekends with Valparaiso and UIC (Oct. 18-19), Drake and Northern Iowa (Oct. 11-12), plus Bradley and Illinois State (Nov. 15-16)

The Racers end the regular season with a road game at Belmont (Nov. 19), before they travel to Northern Iowa for the Missouri Valley Tournament (Nov. 23-26) in Cedar Falls.
