Racers Honored In MVFC Academic Recognition

Murray State Football was honored with multiple selections to the Missouri Valley Football Conference academic awards for 2023
The Murray State Racers are represented among those honored for great work in the classroom as part of the 2023 Missouri Valley Football Honor Roll, as announced by the league office in St. Louis.
MSU's Deshun Britten, Jackson Oxley, Camden Robbins and Jayden Stinson were among 50 student-athletes that earned the MVFC's highest academic achievement by capturing the Missouri Valley Football Conference President's Council Academic Excellence Award.

The award requires a minimum 3.5 cumulative grade point average (through Fall 2023 semester) and participation in athletics a minimum of two years. The student-athlete must be scheduled to graduate by the end of the summer of 2024.

Racer football student-athletes also earned Commissioner's Academic Excellence Award and MVFC Honor Roll status in academic achievement.
