Alexeyeva and Campigotto Named MVC Doubles Team of the Week

Varya Alexeyeva and Paola Campigotto were named the Missouri Valley Conference Doubles Team of the Week, as announced by the league office in St. Louis.
Ranked 101st nationally, the duo defeated Kentucky's Asuncion Jadue and Tess Bucher, 6-3, to take home their first win of the spring.
As a pair, Alexeyeva and Campigotto are coming off a dominant Fall Season, being 8-1 since the start of the fall, including a MVC Individual Flight 3 Doubles title.
The Racers will play again in Paducah, Ky on January 30 to face Southeast Missouri.
