Murray, Ky. – Murray State baseball officially unveiled its 2026 regular-season schedule on Monday, featuring 55 total games, including 18 at Johnny Reagan Field. The Racers will also host the Missouri Valley Conference Tournament from May 20-23.
Head Coach Dan Skirka on the 2026 Schedule:
"We're excited about the challenges on our 2026 schedule and the opportunity to compete every week. Even with the early portion of the season being played away from Johnny Reagan Field, our process stays the same. Our guys have put in the work all offseason, and we're looking forward to seeing that preparation show up on the field. We can't wait to get back in front of Racer Nation and keep building on the success of this program."
MSU's first three scheduled home series, Ohio (Feb. 13-15), Butler (Feb. 20-22) and Mercyhurst (Feb. 27-March 1), will be played at sites to be determined due to ongoing renovations at Johnny Reagan Field.
The Racers will compete in home-and-home midweek matchups with North Alabama (Feb. 18, May 12), UT Martin (Feb. 24, May 5), Middle Tennessee State (March 3, March 17) and Southeast Missouri (March 31, April 14).
Murray State's road schedule is highlighted by trips to UCF (March 6-8) and Purdue (May 1-3).
The Racers will also play single midweek games against at Kentucky (March 24) and Ole Miss (April 21), and host Memphis (April 28).
In all, Murray State hosts four MVC weekend series at Johnny Reagan Field, entertaining Valparaiso (March 20-22), Belmont (April 2-4), Illinois State (April 17-19) and Indiana State (May 8-10).
The Racers' MVC road slate includes weekend series at Bradley (March 27-29), UIC (April 10-12) and Southern Illinois (April 24-26), before closing the regular season at Evansville (May 14-16).
