Out of Palmetto, Florida, Alexis Love became one of the top sprinters in MSU history. A three-time All-America in the 100. She recently retired from her professional sprinting career that lasted six successful years. Love is a Murray State Hall of Fame pick in the class of 2019. Also on the program, we detail our plans for being in New York City this week when Racer Great Ja Morant is likely chosen as the second pick of the NBA Draft by the Memphis Grizzlies. MSU Athletics Communications Assistant, Parker Griffith, stops by the studio to put a wrap on the Racers' 2018-19 success that led to winning the OVC Commissioner's Cup and a look at what we're doing this summer to get ready for the 2019-20 go-around.

Playing for legendary coach Johnny Reagan in the early 1970s, Wurth returned to MSU as Coach Reagan's assistant for 11 seasons. Inducted into the Murray State Hall of Fame in 1992, Wurth's career as a player stands the test of time as does his career in Major League Baseball as an expert evaluator and scout. On the weekly Diamond Recap of the Racer Report Podcast, Murray State Baseball and Softball are playing in and winning big games in the last week. Dave Winder visits with head coaches Dan Skirka and Kara Amundson to get the inside look at the MSU squads. After a big week, MSU Baseball swept Illinois State in front of a record crowd and head to SIU for a showdown in Carbondale. The Racer Softball team is in the hunt for a MVC Tournament spot after splitting four games with Indiana State and SIU in the final games of the season at Racer Field.
