Also news of some Racer Greats from football, Rick Fisher and Jack Wolf, having their jerseys retired as the first home game, Sept. 6.

The 2026 Murray State men's basketball European Tour is underway after the team endured a 20-hour travel day to reach their first destination on our four-game exhibition tour. The Racers are in Barcelona, Spain preparing for a game on Wednesday with Barcelona Select. Dave Winder visits with Coach Ryan Miller and MSU players Ben Shtolzberg, Dillon Butler and Shon Tupuola.

And AD Nico Yantko is named Citizen of the Year by the Murray/Calloway County Chamber of Commerce, ahead of a big plan to build the Racer Entertainment Village.
