2010: Appeared in a team-high 37 games for Murray State…led the Racers with
18 starts in the circle…held the sixth-best ERA in the OVC (2.56)…ranked 10th in
the OVC with 95 strikeouts…tied for third in the OVC with two saves…held opponents
to a .235 batting average, seventh best in the conference…struck out six
in six innings pitched against Evansville, limiting the Purple Aces to two runs, one
earned, on three hits and three walks for her first win of the season in a 6-2 decision…
pitched three innings of relief, limiting Belmont to four hits while striking
four and allowing no runs to get the win…held SIU Edwardsville to one run on two
hits and five walks in five innings to earn the victory in a 3-2 win…gave up an unearned
run in seven innings pitched, allowing just two hits and three walks in a 4-2
win at Tennessee State…limited Trevecca Nazarene to one run on four hits while
striking out five in a 7-4 win…tossed 6.2 scoreless innings, allowing three hits and
no walks while striking out four to defeat Mid Continent 8-4…held Eastern Kentucky
to a single unearned run on two hits with six strikeouts in five innings.
Before MSU: One of two players to come from Wabash Valley College…helped
Wabash to a 43-5 mark in 2009, while claiming the Region XXIV Championship
and a 13th-place finish at the NJCAA National Tournament…claimed 2009 First
Team All-American honors as a sophomore…also named the All-Region XXIV
Team MVP and to the all-Region XXIV Tournament Team…recorded 27 wins with
a 0.94 ERA, 200 K’s and four saves in the circle…a Second Team All-American
as a freshman…the 2008 All-Region XXIV Co-MVP…went 24-4 with six saves for
Wabash Valley…had a 1.64 ERA and recorded seven shutouts and 180 strike outs
(8.09/game)…helped the team to a 48-5 record and a Region XXIV, a Great Rivers
Athletic Conference Championship, and to a seventh-place finish at the national
tournament…a 2008 All-Great Rivers Athletic Conference selection...pitched
at Pope County High School…led the Lady Pirates to a 2007 GEC and Regional
Championship…earned SICA All-South Softball honors as a senior…ended her
high school career averaging 12.13 strike outs per game, an ERA of 0.84 and 923
