PERSONAL: Born Kelsey Lee Hubert on April 3, 1987, the daughter of Rich and Barb Hubert...has one brother, Jay (20), and one sister, Brittany (13)...graduated FHS 25th in a class of 171 with a grade-point average of 4.81 on a 5.0-scale...a member of the National Council on Youth Leadership, FCA and Spanish Club...named to Who’s Who in Academics...major is undetermined.
