BEFORE MSU: Played two seasons at College of the Canyons... played his sophomore season for head coach Ted Iacenda...earned First Team All-Southern California Football Association honors after leading the Cougars to an 8-3 record and the conference championships...finished sophomore season with 38 tackles and seven interceptions...recorded a career-best four interceptions in a victory over Moorpark...had career-high 14 tackles against Saddleback...posted 30 tackles and two interceptions as a freshman.
HIGH SCHOOL: Three-year letterwinner at Moorpark High School...earned all-state and all-conference honors after recording seven interceptions as a senior...also participated in basketball, baseball and track and field.
