Before MSU: Finished in first place individual in 3-position air rifle at the 2005 Texas State Junior Olympic Rifle Championship...placed first in two events at the 2003 NRA Sectional in the state of Texas, 3-position air rifle individual and 3-position air rifle...2004 NRA General H.E. McGee Award recipient, which is awarded to the highest high school junior of the season...2005 Wiesenberger Award for Marksmanship Excellence, given to the highest senior for the season.
