Before MSU: Under coaches Shannon Buchanon and Frank Write, helped the Highlanders to a 4x400 sectional championship...was a conference champion, sectional champion, regional champion, and also earned all semi-state and all-state honors at Floyd Central.
Personal: Born Megan Renee Rainville on Nov. 23, 1983...the daughter of Steve and Ellie Hobgood...has one sibling, Corrinne (24)...majoring in elementary education.
