Mugler gets seventh double-double as Racers fall at SEMO 3-0

Mugler led Murray State (3-11, 1-6 OVC) in kills and digs, getting only one attack error in 37 attacks for a .324 attack percentage.
Freshman outside hitter Lisa Forchee added 12 kills for the Racers, getting only three attack errors in 24 attacks for a .375 percentage, while freshman outside hitter Alyssa Groves had nine kills, two errors and 19 attacks for a .368 percentage.
As a team, Murray State hit .290, the highest single-match percentage of the season. An attack percentage is figured by subtracting the errors from the kills, then dividing by the total attacks.
Freshman libero Heather Norris repelled 11 digs for MSU, while freshman setter Kelsey Hubert handed out 39 assists.
For Southeast Missouri State (7-12, 4-3 OVC), Jessica Koeper had a co-match-high 13 kills, while Jamie Baumstark added 12 and Brenna Schlader and Jill Miller had 10 apiece.
Baumstark almost had a triple-double, with 45 assists and nine digs. Koeper had a match-high 15 digs, while Jill Miller had 14 and Lauren Scannell had 10.
Murray State concludes this four-match road swing tomorrow (Saturday) at Eastern Illinois at 7 p.m.
