The men's and women's track & field squads from
The Racers turned in some outstanding finishes, including Dominique Robinson who placed 15th in the shot put with a throw of 40 feet and 4.25 inches. Lauren Wilson had a 16th place finish in the 1500 meter run with a time of four minutes and 50 seconds.
In the women's 200 meter dash, MSU's Eboni Bridge placed 59th after a time of 27.21.
Maggie McKay placed in a tie for 15th in the women's high jump with a height of five feet, one inch.
In the women's discus throw, Shameka Dial placed 32nd with a throw of 96 fee, one inch.
On the men's side of the meet, MSU's Chris Champion had a throw of 134 feet, 11 inches in the men's javelin throw and placed 15th.
In the men's 200 meter dash, Matt Ernsting turned in a time of 24.74 good for a 50th place finish.
The MSU Track & Field squad will see its next action March 31 and April 1 at the SEMO Invitational.
