Dominique Robinson and Laura Schroeder win events at APSU Invite

It was a successful day for the Murray State women's track & field squad at the Austin Peay Invitational at Clarksville, Tenn.
Dominique Robinson, Laura Schroeder and Maggie McHay all notched victories in their respective events.
McKay won the high jump with an effort of 1.62 meters.
Robninson won the shot put with a toss of 12.81, and Schroeder won the discus with a toss of 40.04 meters.
The Racers also had others that placed in the top five of their events.
Lauren Wilson turned in a third place effort in the 800 meters with a time of 2:19.70.
In the 400 meter hurdles, MSU's jessica Nauta's time of 1:08.13 was less than two seconds off first place.
Morgan Chanel had a good day with a fourth in the triple jump and a fifth place finish in the long jump.
Eboni Bridge finished fifth in the 100 meters with a time of 13.32.
The next action for the Racers is in Terre Haute, Ind. Friday at the Pacesetter Invitational.
