Murray State University's men's tennis team fell to 30^th ranked University of Tennessee today at the Goodfriend Indoor Tennis Center in Knoxville, Tenn. The loss to the Volunteers (10-4) was the fourth this season by the Racers (0-7) to a ranked opponent.

UT swept all three doubles matches, losing just three games. Kaden Hensel and Kiril Tcherveniachki beat Dmytro Hryhorash and Hunter Gerlach, 8-1, No. 1 doubles. Bobby Cameron and Davey Sandgren shutout Jeff Lester and Yuri Pompeu, 8-0, at No. 2 doubles.

In singles play, Cameron, the 30^th ranked singles player in the nation, beat Dmytro Hryhorash in straight sets at No. 1 singles, 6-2 and 7-5.

Tennessee's Adam Hubble took out Hunter Gerlach, 6-4 and 6-1, at No. 2 singles. Sandgren edged Pompeu 7-5 in the second set at No. 4 singles to complete the straight set victory.

The Racers face No. 53 Kentucky on Saturday in Lexington, Ky. The match is scheduled to begin at 4 p.m. CT.
