His duties include film exchange with MSU opponents, video editing, maintaining the Racers' recruiting database and supervision of the team student managers.
Gibson knows the Racers very well, having grown up in the area.

“We're excited to have someone with Josh's experience,” Kennedy said. “We didn't have someone in this position last year and he will help in all aspects of our program.”
