Tony Easley Named MSU-Pepsi Athlete of the Week

Tony Easley was named the MSU-Pepsi Athlete of the week for the period from Dec. 29 to Jan. 4.
Easley scored a season-best 14 points in the Racers 80-71 loss to Niagara in Chattanooga, Tenn. at UTC's Dr. Pepper Classic.
He hit 6-of-8 shots from the field and 2-of-2 from the free throw line in a season-high 25 minutes of playing time.
The Racers return to the Regional Special Events Center Thursday for their first home game in 40 days when they host the Tennessee State Tigers.
