Men's Tennis Falls to UT-Chattanooga

In singles play Jorge Caetano defeated Sam Parfitt, giving the Racers their only point in the match. Caetano won the first set 6-1, dropped the second 6-7, and came back to win the tiebreaker 10-8.
Jose Berardo lost a close match to Jackson Tresman at the No. 5 position. Berardo lost the first set 6-1, and bounced back to win the second set 6-2. Unfortunately, he was unable to overcome Tresman and lost the tiebreaker 11-9.
In doubles play Jadir Semensin and Caetano teamed up to defeat Stephen Crofford and Rick van de Bovenkamp, 8-2 at the No. 3 position.
The Racers will be back on the courts Feb. 27th-28th to face Samford at Kenlake.
