Murray State head coach Billy Kennedy met with members of local media today in his weekly news conference.
MSU travels to Tennessee Tech Thursday (7:30 p.m.) and Saturday to Jacksonville State (4:30 p.m.). Both games will be aired by the Racer radio and television networks.
To say the Racers are a hot team just doesn't sum up what a great season MSU is having.
Here are some of MSU's current winning streaks:
24 - Holding opponent to 60 points or less
20 - OVC regular season
16 - Home
13 - Overall
7 - Scoring 80 points or more
6 - Road
The longest overall win streak in MSU history is 16 and happened twice in the late 1930's under coach Carlilse Cutchin.
The longest OVC regular season win streak is 25 by WKU from 1969-71.
