Track & Field Returns to Action at SIU Invitational

The Murray State women's indoor track & field team will return to action after a week off when they travel to Carbondale, Ill., to participate in the SIU Invitational. The meet will run Feb. 4-5 at the Student Recreation Center.

The Racers will be competing against the host Salukis, Central Arkansas, Memphis, SIU Edwardsville and Arkansas-Pine Bluff, from NCAA teams. Iowa Central , the NJCAA 2010 Women's Indoor National Champions, will also be participating.

The meet is one of three left before the 2011 OVC Indoor Championships and marks the third time this season that MSU has participated in a meet in Carbondale, Ill.
