Results
Rebecca Hbetamu took 10th place in the 3000m run with a time of 10:40. Teammates Bridget Stichnot and Jami Kloenne placed 23rd and 25th with times of 11:25 and 11:30.
Alexis Love finished 16th in the 100m run with a time of 12.99 after she qualified fourth with a 12.15.
Kristen Reffett was a 45th place finisher in the 1500m run with a 5:05, while Karissa Magnuson was 56th at 5:10.
In the 800m run, Christina Johnson place 64th with a time of 2:30, while Magnuson placed 66th 2:31.
The Racers return to action March 26 at the Vanderbilt Back & Gold meet in Nashville, Tenn.
The Murray State women's track and field squad competed over the weekend at the Wake Forest Open in Winston-Salem, N.C., the meet marked the start of the Racers' outdoor season.
Josha Rogers was MSU's highest finisher when she place sixth in a field of 14 competitors in the high jump with a leap of 1.63m.
