Calling All Racers - Letter from Coach Prohm

Dear Racer Nation,
Homecoming week has hit the campus of Murray State and I hope everyone supports the football team Saturday at 3:00 p.m. for the big game against UT Martin. This year, there's another level of excitement with the addition of Racer Madness.
This Friday, October 12, is the official start of basketball season and the team and I would love to kick things off with a few thousand of our closest friends. Doors to the CFSB Center open at 9:15 p.m. and for the first time ever, ESPNU will be here to broadcast live. All MSU students get in free with their student ID through gate C at 9:10 p.m. Admission for the general public is $5 and you can purchase tickets at the door Friday night. This is our first opportunity to show the country the amazing atmosphere our fans will create throughout the season.
We had such a fantastic season last year because of your tremendous support! Let's continue the streak of sold out games on November 5 when we host Freed-Hardeman at 7:00 p.m. Having a sold out 'bank', and seeing all the blue and gold truly makes a difference.
