Following the match, coach Lollar spoke about his team saying, "We had to battle through some adversity this weekend. We had one injury that kept a first team shooter out of the smallbore competition and another was just coming off being sick, and did not have normal energy or preparation leading up to the match. So all in all, it was a pretty good weekend. Now it's time to push hard and prepare to get better."
The Racers will hold their second tri-match at the Pat Spurgin Rifle Range this weekend, Oct. 26th against a pair of CRCA top-10 ranked teams, Jacksonville State and TCU.Â
