The Murray State volleyball team will face Morehead State for the last match of the regular season Saturday at Morehead, Kentucky.

In the lastest RPI rankings, MSU ranks 111th.Murray State continues to be in the NCAA rankings, both as a team and individually. As a team, MSU ranks in the top 30 in six categories; kills per set (10th), match W-L percentage (12th), assists per set (17th), digs per set (18th), hitting percentage (28th), and opponent hitting percentage (28th). Individually, Sam Bedard is ranked 24th in assists per set and 87th in total assists. Ellie Lorenz ranks 60th in digs per set and 115th in total digs. Two Racers rank in kills per set; Scottie Ingram at 75th and Taylor Olden at 125th. Three MSU players rank in points per set; Ingram (106th), Olden (150th), Kristen Besselsen (191st).

Murray State defeated Austin Peay 3-0 for their 15th sweep of the season. MSU started the first two sets off strong by leaving the Lady Govs at 0. The Racers held APSU to a .000 attack percentage in the second set. Sam Bedard dished out 30 assists along with 11 digs. Scottie Ingram had a match-high 12 kills, followed by Taylor Olden and Kristen Besselsen contributing nine each. Ellie Lorenz recorded a match-high 15 digs.

Overall, the Eagles are on a nine match winning streak and a five match winning streak when they are at home. The Racers are looking to end that streak tomorrow at Morehead.
